As the centrepiece for the surrounding aged care residential community, the Community Clubhouse is designed as a contemporary folded landscape form. The diverse facilities are organised in a series of connected pavilions, under a single folding roof creating a linear northern habitable edge. The silhouette is inspired by the fractured forms of the adjacent glass house mountains with the spaces aligned to their compatible outdoor uses, creating a true community hub, a physical central marker and a social focal point.
